About

I am a professionally trained freelance makeup artist gaining accreditation & experience at 3 Arts Academy in Sydney over a decade ago. Initially having worked in the film and fashion arena, life slowly changed for me as I had a desire for a sea change. Now I get to call the idyllic Jervis Bay home. For awhile I put down the brushes and started a family yet my creative side was yearning to get back into it. Living in bridal capital central, my brain had a flash of inspiration.... I can still do what I love but by the sea!

To me there is no better feeling than that moment when you hand over the mirror and you see a smile from ear to ear.

I pride myself on my professionalism and being able to interpret the look my bride is after and working together to find the ultimate look that is going to suit them.

As a bridal mobile makeup artist I service all along the South Coast of NSW, Shoalhaven, Illawarra, Southern Highlands, ACT,  & beyond.

And if your ever after a Snowy Mountains white wedding, I can be there(it holds a special place in my heart). Location wedding? No problem just enquire!

Not only do I do bridal makeup but any event you need glamming up for, as well as photography.

My goal is to make you feel beautiful from the inside out.

Focusing on bridal boutique, I want to give you an experience not just a service. From the enquiry stage, to the consulting stage to the grand finale, I want to work with you to achieve the look you desire, whatever that maybe from a la natural to red carpet glamour.

Product

Never wanting to make you feel like your wearing a mask, my makeup is lightweight and durable yet has the coverage that you are after. I have foundations that look like your skin but better for the person that is after a more natural finish or I have full beat/glam foundation that still feels light & breathable on. Whatever your preference, I can cater to it.

All beats, all walks, I love it!

Being an ethically conscious person, it is very important to me to not only use high quality products but to have a kit which is entirely Cruelty Free. I have scoured high end and low end, professional makeup artist brands, tested endless products, sat with cake face for hours on end and had countless willing test subjects at my disposal for feedback to come to a kit which I can say I am truly proud of! It is ever growing, as you can imagine... makeup artists love to play. It is a forever work in progress as the market place changes and formulas improve. And it is something I am entirely consumed by and passionate about...market research for my next holy grail!

Some of the brands that I use are Face Atelier, Kryolan, Ben Nye, ModelRock, Tarte, Too Faced, Beauty Bay, Kosas, Stila, Milani, The Balm, Mecca Cosmetica just to name a few.

I like to use products that are versatile & reliable. I have worked with all skin types from dry to oily, fair to dark, different ethnicities, different shapes and contours, all age ranges. It is never a one size fits all nor should it be!

FAQ

Do I need to do a bridal trial?

-Although a bridal trial is your own personal choice, it is highly recommended as it takes the stress out of the day to make sure you are 100% happy with your overall look. It gives us the opportunity to get to know each other so we can come to an understanding of your look that you are wanting to achieve

When should I do a trial?

-Once you have your special date set you can organise one anytime but it is recommended that you organise one 4-6 months before the date so that if there are any things that change prior such as hair colouring/skin colour(tanning/seasonal)etc and definitely 4 weeks prior as you don't want to burden yourself with last minute stresses

Where does a trial take place?

-I am a mobile makeup artist so I come to you, trials are done through the week from Monday-Thursday

How long does a trial take?

-Allow up to 2 hours for the trial as this is the time to fine tune any of the details, discuss any concerns so we can make your special day as smooth sailing as possible

Do I need anything for the trial?

-Just your happy go lucky self! If you have inspiration pics, they are a great place to start. Having a clear idea of your desired outlook or likes/dislikes with make up will mean we are that bit closer to the end goal.
